Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely pack your items in the original mailer or a similar protective package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
